You all have a child inside us, but we want to know how to heal your inner child. It is whom we are born with, our original natural self. This includes our raw emotions, personality, playfulness, intuition, spontaneity, curiosity, passion, joy, sense of wonder, and creativity. Our inner child is a right-brain inner experience felt through our bodies.

The child within us always feels loved or disliked by our adult selves. Children who feel loved can work and play with joy and passion.
