The removal of my misery is omnipresent. The books about grief and healing are a commitment to producing the desired results. In my case, it requires my full attention, my deep sorrow. Treatment requires affirmative action. Passive hope is not a worthwhile option. When I define my intentions, I make an unconditional promise to myself to relieve my suffering.

Re-evaluate my attitude

Please think about it. I evaluate what has changed and find out what I can do after life-changing events happen. As a result of my experience, I begin by recognizing that some of the changes in my life are likely to be permanent. Next week, I’ll reflect on actions I can take to move forward toward greater happiness and peace. As I progress, I realize that my new path may unfold.

Find a Bereavement Partner

Trying to overcome my sadness alone can hinder or slow my progress and make me very depressed due to loneliness and isolation.
